Unspoken Truth

She's screaming to be let out
but no one seems to hear her

The darkness is closing in
and everything is beginning to blur

She bangs on the door hoping that
someone will happen to be passing by

Locked away in a closet where
no one can hear her muffled cries

Violated and beaten at 13
she's hoping she'll get through

He's yelling at her to be quiet
saying " No one can hear you"

But she won't stop because
she so badly wants to live

Just turned into a teen
she has so much to give

He's so angry now
he's screaming at her to quit

But she won't and he gets up
and says" I cant believe this sh*t"

He stomps over to the closet
and yanks open the door

Grabs her around her neck
and pins her to the floor

He's unzipping his pants
and telling her to shut her mouth

Gagging her to stop the noise
while he once more invades her down south

She tries to scream but he's much
stronger, theres nothing she can do

So she lays still until he's done
and thanks God when he's through

There's no fighting back
it would be no use

So she lays stiff
enduring the abuse

When she's finally found
its a sore sight to see

But to feel it was worse
that girl was me.
